Hallo!
Arrived in Germany at 8:30PM last night. Can#t believe, once again, the amount of snow here! Heaps more than Switzerland JAA!
Back to Switzerland. Got there on Wednesday arvo, Jenny picked us up and we went to the shops and got some special cheese for this Swiss meal. Went home and for a walk in the snow. We took their dog Dundee. Yes. Dundee the actual croc hunter. He's super cute and loves it when you throw sicks for him. Came home and had our Swiss delight, called Raclette i think, basicaly this cheese thing where you toast a slice of cheese under this mini oven on the tabel and then spread it on spuds, gherkins, pinaple, whatever really. SO GOOD. Had swiss chocolate for desert. Of course.
Went to Lucern on Thursday, heaps of Carnivale stuff going on, parades etc. Everyone seems to go to a lot of effort, and most have a kid as a prop, pulling them along in a kart that's been jazzed up to team with the theme. Just bought some tuff there and went back to Blauen (Jenny's village). Caught the wrong bus on the way home, was the death of me. So crook at the world after that haha. We got dressed up freaky-style and went out to a Carnivale party, which was held in a gym all, really big and sort of overwhelming, but cool to see how they do it. Apparently it was nothing compared to the one they went to last night. Scary thought.
So, here we are in Germany, went out to another Carnivale party last night at Christian's soccer party, so much fun. Everyone was really nice, talking to us in english. Canät wait to show ya'll photos of Didi and Jack's outfits. Hell....
It's the morning, and I'm hanging out to play in the snow.
